The Legislative Decree No. 33 of 14/3/2013 “Reorganization of the regulations regarding the obligations of publication, transparency and dissemination of information by public administrations”, brought, on the one hand, a reorganization of the regulations regarding the obligations of advertising, transparency and dissemination of information by public administrations and, on the other, introduced new obligations.

APV Investimenti SpA is implementing the provisions of the legislation in order to guarantee the principles of good administration and transparency towards its users.
