Pursuant to the Resolution of the Board of Directors of APV Investimenti SpA of 23 December 2008.
A list of economic operators is established, divided into categories of works, services and supplies that are available to contract with APV Investimenti SpA
This list will include all those who request it and who meet the requirements set out in Articles 38 and 39 of the Legislative Decree. 163/2006.
The applicant may declare possession of the requirements set out in Articles 38 and 39 of Legislative Decree 163/2006 with self-certification pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000, together with a photocopy of a valid identity document from the declarant.
The data transmitted will be processed by APV Investimenti SpA exclusively for purposes related or instrumental to the establishment of its list of economic operators and for purposes related or instrumental to the management of any assignments.
The request for inclusion in the List of Economic Operators constitutes acceptance by the applicant for the collection and processing of data pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and, in the event of an assignment, for the publication of his name together with the subject of the assignment on the APV Investimenti SpA website.

- In order to be included in the list of economic operators for the “WORK” category, it is necessary to send an application for registration by registered mail AR to APV Investimenti SpA – Dorsoduro, Fabbricato Portuale n. 16 Santa Marta – 30123 VENEZIA – signed by the legal representative with an attached CV certifying their technical and economic capacity.
The application as formulated above must be preceded by a telematic communication via email, at segreteria.concorsi@apvinvest.it, with all the applicant’s personal data reported.
- In order to be included in the list of economic operators for the “SERVICES AND SUPPLIES” categories, it is necessary to send an application for registration by registered mail AR to APV Investimenti SpA – Dorsoduro, Fabbricato Portuale n. 16 Santa Marta – 30123 VENEZIA – signed by the legal representative/professional with an attached CV certifying their economic, financial, technical, and professional capacity.
The application as formulated above must be preceded by a telematic communication via email, at segreteria.concorsi@apvinvest.it, with all the applicant’s personal data reported.
